HarbourEx15 was carried out at Sydhavna from 28 to 29 April 2015. The scenario for the exercise was an explosion and fire in containers with hazardous substances in the container area, fire in the fuel depot, evacuation of smoke-filled areas in parts of Oslo, and the grounding of a vessel and subsequent oil spill in Inner Oslo Fjord.
