Report careless organizers

Have you participated in an organized leisure activity where the organizer was careless with safety? Then we would like to be informed. If you tell us, you can prevent others from experiencing the same thing.

Must ensure safety

Those who arrange leisure activities are responsible for your safety. The responsibility applies to adapted areas, such as in playgrounds and climbing parks, and to activities such as diving courses, kayak trips, and rafting, for private individuals.

The responsibility applies to both commercial actors and voluntary clubs or teams, and regardless of whether you pay to participate or not. The organiser must also have assessed the risk of the service.

Report

Have you experienced an organizer who does not take their responsibility seriously, or have you experienced that the activity was directly dangerous? Send a note of concern to the Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB).

What is a consumer service?

A consumer service is an organised leisure activity that you as a private individual can participate in. If you join an organized mountain hike, you are participating in an active service. Tenesta is passive if, for example, you are a spectator at a sports event. Both are considered consumer services. Training and rental or lending of equipment are also part of the service.
