Protect your head and back
Wear CE-marked protective equipment such as a helmet, back brace and goggles when skiing. Then you protect the most vulnerable parts of the body.
Stay on the trail
Do not drive outside groomed trails or other adapted areas. Off the trail, the snow is often loose and it provides poor protection against rocks and other dangers that can hide under the snow.
The ski resorts are responsible for clear marking and securing of the trails - if you follow the facility's instructions, you help avoid injuries and dangerous situations.
The Alpine Code of Conduct
Read and follow the Alpine code of conduct to help avoid accidents on the ski slopes.
